Transformation Tuesday from my 7 day diet. Health and fitness has been apart of my life for 6 years now. When I was younger I was pushing 200 lbs, woke up one day and decided to make a change! I had maintained that healthy body for years until just recently. My eating habits got out of control for a few months while not maintaining my workout routines which resulted me into gaining 30 lbs in such a short time. Over the last couple of months, I kicked myself in the ass and got back into my workout routines, in the gym everyday, cut back on all junk I was eating, and maintained a positive attitude. This 7 day diet is not a miraculous diet that will keep you skinny forever- it’s a kick start to making better choices and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Too many over weight people think taking diet pills or going with a “fad” diet will solve all of their problems. Being fit and healthy is a life commitment, not something that will happen over night! #transformation #gethealthy #getfit #fitness #fit #health #inspiration #motivation
